One off/normal purchase is the usual style, where you buy the lenses and we deliver them to you. Subscription purchase is similar to buying newspaper or magazine subscription, for example paying $30 every 3 months and lenses are delivered to your doorsteps every 3 months.

2. Rock bottom prices – Enjoy up to 18% discount on top of our already reduced prices (between 15-50% cheaper than retails prices).
3. Certainty – You will never have the 1st world problem of running out of lenses when you need them most. Delivery will also be guaranteed to be within 3-7 working days after payment notifications.
No, there are no fees involved in cancelling your subscription plan at any time. To cancel your plan, login to your account to do the cancellation before the next billing date to avoid the deduction for the next order.
Currently we accept payments via Credit/Debit Card and PayPal only.
Our prices are all in Singapore Dollars(SGD).
It usually takes between 1 – 3 weeks after payment notification for your lenses to arrive at your doorsteps. We are always looking for ways to shorten this lead time. Our goal is to provide a same day delivery service and we need your support and feedback to get us there.
In some rare cases, for Toric and lenses with positive power, shipping may take up to 6 weeks depending on stock availability.
Average Delivery Duration By Type :
Cosmetic Lenses : 2 – 3 weeks
Toric Lenses : 2 – 3 weeks
Long-Sighted Lenses : 2 – 6 weeks
Multi-Focal Lenses : 2 – 4 weeks
The Rest : 1 – 2 weeks
We are using POS Malaysia Registered Post Service. When we dispatch your lenses to the post office, you’ll receive a tracking number which you can track for your parcel on their website.
When your lenses arrives in Singapore, you can then track it via Singpost.
Just drop us an email at Sales@ContactLens.SG or via the contact form. Some of the brands/models are available at our retail outlets but not online yet. We will still be able to take your orders and deliver the lenses to you.
We keep a certain level of stocks at our retail outlets just for a few brands/models. The rest of them are dispatched from the suppliers upon order confirmation. This ensures that our lenses are always far from expiry. Usually between 2 to 5 years.
We strongly advise you to:
– Input your latest prescription dated not more than 24 months.
– Purchase the exact brand/model that you have tried and are comfortable with.
– Double-check your prescription when you checkout your shopping cart as we want you to spend your hard earn money on something else rather than the cost of shipping for exchanges.
Once your order has been sent to the post office, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number. This process takes anytime between 2 to 7 working days. If you haven’t received an email notification, it means that your lenses are out of stock and we are awaiting stocks from the supplier.
If you have a tracking number, head over to POS Malaysia & SingPost’s website to track your delivery status.
This means that SingPost made the delivery but no one was home to receive the parcel. Please call SingPost at 1605 to request for a re-delivery. Your order will be placed at the Post Office nearest to your delivery address.
SingPost will hold your order at the respective Post Office for 10 working days before sending it back to our retail outlet in Malaysia. This process takes approximately 14 – 21 days. If this happens, we charge a SG$5.00 fee for redelivery.
