    What is the difference between one off/normal and subscription purchase??

    One off/normal purchase is the usual style, where you buy the lenses and we deliver them to you. Subscription purchase is similar to buying newspaper or magazine subscription, for example paying $30 every 3 months and lenses are delivered to your doorsteps every 3 months.

    What are the benefits of buying with Subscription??

    1. Hassle-free – No need to travel out just to buy lenses from the shop and carrying them all the way home.

    2. Rock bottom prices – Enjoy up to 18% discount on top of our already reduced prices (between 15-50% cheaper than retails prices).

    3. Certainty – You will never have the 1st world problem of running out of lenses when you need them most. Delivery will also be guaranteed to be within 3-7 working days after payment notifications.

    Who’s behind ContactLens.SG and are your lenses safe/authentic??

    We are based in Malaysia with 5 retail outlets spread over Johor Bahru. We have built our reputation over 2 generations of Eye Care and Optometry Services. We will never risk that for short term profits.

    Our lenses are procured directly from distributors in Malaysia and you can check its authenticity by sending them to the distributor for a simple barcode scan to find out the lenses’ origins.

    How can I stop my subscription plan? Are there cost involved??

    No, there are no fees involved in cancelling your subscription plan at any time. To cancel your plan, login to your account to do the cancellation before the next billing date to avoid the deduction for the next order.

    What are the modes of payment available? ?

    Currently we accept payments via Credit/Debit Card and PayPal only.

    If you wish to pay by other methods, do contact us directly.

    The prices displayed on your website are based on which currency??

    Our prices are all in Singapore Dollars(SGD).

    Can I visit your retail outlets??

    Yes, do check out our outlets and remember to tell the staffs that you are a customer of ContactLens.SG to enjoy special rates off contact lenses as well as our in-store services and latest designer frames or sunglasses.

    When are my lenses arriving? ?

    It usually takes between 1 – 3 weeks after payment notification for your lenses to arrive at your doorsteps. We are always looking for ways to shorten this lead time. Our goal is to provide a same day delivery service and we need your support and feedback to get us there.

    In some rare cases, for Toric and lenses with positive power, shipping may take up to 6 weeks depending on stock availability.

    Cosmetic Lenses : 2 – 3 weeks
    Toric Lenses : 2 – 3 weeks
    Long-Sighted Lenses : 2 – 6 weeks
    Multi-Focal Lenses : 2 – 4 weeks
    The Rest : 1 – 2 weeks

    What delivery service are you using??

    We are using POS Malaysia Registered Post Service. When we dispatch your lenses to the post office, you’ll receive a tracking number which you can track for your parcel on their website.

    When your lenses arrives in Singapore, you can then track it via Singpost.

    I don’t see my brand available.?

    Just drop us an email at Sales@ContactLens.SG or via the contact form. Some of the brands/models are available at our retail outlets but not online yet. We will still be able to take your orders and deliver the lenses to you.

    What are the expiry dates of your contact lenses??

    We keep a certain level of stocks at our retail outlets just for a few brands/models. The rest of them are dispatched from the suppliers upon order confirmation. This ensures that our lenses are always far from expiry. Usually between 2 to 5 years.

    What are the things to look out for during my purchase??

    We strongly advise you to:

    – Input your latest prescription dated not more than 24 months.
    – Purchase the exact brand/model that you have tried and are comfortable with.
    – Double-check your prescription when you checkout your shopping cart as we want you to spend your hard earn money on something else rather than the cost of shipping for exchanges.

    Where are my lenses??

    Once your order has been sent to the post office, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number. This process takes anytime between 2 to 7 working days. If you haven’t received an email notification, it means that your lenses are out of stock and we are awaiting stocks from the supplier.
    If you have a tracking number, head over to POS Malaysia & SingPost’s website to track your delivery status.

    The status on SingPost website states "Delivery unsuccessful". What do I do??

    This means that SingPost made the delivery but no one was home to receive the parcel. Please call SingPost at 1605 to request for a re-delivery. Your order will be placed at the Post Office nearest to your delivery address.

    How much time do I have to self-collect my items from SingPost??

    SingPost will hold your order at the respective Post Office for 10 working days before sending it back to our retail outlet in Malaysia. This process takes approximately 14 – 21 days. If this happens,  we charge a SG$5.00 fee for redelivery.

    What countries do you ship to??

    We have customers all over the worlds! From USA to Europe, Australia and Asia. Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your country and quantity.

    However, we only providing Registered Shipping At A Flat Rate Of $3.90 or Free Shipping For Orders Above $50 to Malaysia and Singapore at the moment as most of our customers come from these 2 countries and due to the location of our stores.

    • Hi! Just checking, if i were to get subscription, and i happen to want to cancel my subscription after sometime due to change of degree/brand.. would i be able to?
      And also, do you supply geo color lenses?

        Yes you can cancel your subscription anytime/easily from your account page -> my orders -> order number -> cancel. There aren’t any cancellation fees or lock in time for your subscription purchase.

        AS for Geo Lenses, I’m sorry we do not supply them as of now.
